Warhorse Partners specialises in strategy, marketing, secondary market promotion, stakeholder relations and board liaison for over 60 Trusts/Funds managed by some of the world’s largest asset managers. 

We are looking for freelance candidates who have experience in:

• Technical marketing expertise in respect of open and closed ended funds, specifically the creation of fact sheets, internal communications, investor letters and annual reports
• Liaising with platforms, managing shareholder databases and communications through s793 and share register analysis and reporting
• Managing product campaigns, sub-brand segmentation and brand architecture programmes across all asset classes and capabilities
• Undertaking day-to-day liaison with external brand planning, intelligence, creative and media agencies, internal content and digital teams

Warhorse Partners is run by four Management Partners, supported by a growing network of senior freelance associates. We have an office in Farringdon that is used by most of the core team 2-3 days a week, but colleagues are free to use it as much or as little as they prefer. We have colleagues based in Jersey and Aberdeen, so the team is used to working remotely and will not consider location as a key attribute for a role.

An ideal candidate will have experience working either in-house at an asset manager, wealth manager, platform, research firm or at an asset management-focused agency in the areas of marketing and communications. This could be an ideal role for someone who has perhaps taken a career break or has had a change of circumstances (maternity leave etc) who is looking to return to the market on a more flexible basis
